  • Blue Vervain is traditionally used to support mood health.
  • It strengthens the nervous system whilst relaxing any tension and stress - anxiety, excessive anger, and neck/jaw/shoulder tension.
  • To sooth anxiety with racing thoughts - chew one of Blue Vervain’s bitter leaves and you will notice how your normal stream of anxious thoughts began to dissipate and the tension in your body starts to melt away.
  • Blue Vervain is also used to treat people with depression and spastic pains in the gastrointestinal tract, and for all manner of female reproductive system problems when associated with melancholy or anxiety.
  • It is extremely bitter, which is why most people refuse to take it as a tea, but rather dosed as a tincture.
