- Carpobrotus glaucescens extract has been found to contain high amounts of antioxidants, as well as exhibiting high levels of anti-inflammatory and blood clot preventing behavior.
- It can also be used to relieve pain from insect bites and be applied to jellyfish stings and wounds.
