- Pelargonium denticulatum is listed on the Red List of South African plants 2009 as Rare.
- Pine-scented geranium is restricted to a small region in the southern Western Cape - in Herbertsdale and Mossel Bay.
- It has sticky, finely divided scented leaves and pinkish purple flowers.
- The ornamental Pine-scented geranium will be an interesting addition to the mixed herbaceous border, adding texture, fragrance and colour.
- It is drought tolerant and will grow in full sun.
- Sow seeds in late summer to early autumn
